Lodge complain: Gold Gym Lucknow

The earlier post I wrote about Gold Gym Mahanagar Lucknow was about my initial experience with the gym and I wrote about the services offer and how the members are harassed by the people running this gym franchise. As termed earlier it was a total waste of money and a bad experience for me to have got my membership transferred to this gym.

Firstly, I would like to warn my readers is that please refrain from joining Gold Gym Lucknow, Located in Mahanagar Lucknow. The service is pathetic and they do not even follow the basic rules and guidelines set by gold gym worldwide. I have been constantly begging them to provide us with the basic services that are set by the gold gym in their guidelines to franchises that operate the gym in their area.

They follow the best practice in the world to turn deaf to the complaints that you have. They will never respond to your problems and whatever you are facing is of no matter to them.

Recently, I see that they have put inside their gym print-outs in the Gym lobby and locker rooms stating that a user should put in their grievances to the Director.

Now the humorous part is that when I asked the Center Manager "Ms. Niha", Who are the Owners of the Gold Gym Lucnow? It was asked during my initial discussions about the problems I was facing with the management. I was given an stupid answer that "I do not know"

Now, Lady that makes me laugh out loud. You are the so called center manager of Gold Gym Lucknow, which is a chain of internationally recognized chain of high class gyms worldwide. Your answer is just what will make anyone laugh. Were you not interviewed for your job or you are so dumb as you pretend to be.

Anyways so again I asked the reception about the person that they Claim to be the Director of the Gym. The answer was a stupid smile again. they do not know who the person was and when could one meet him.

Certainly, the way Gold gym Lucknow is doing business and on what business ethics? This is what no one has a slight clue about. What Gold Gym Lucknow Management thinks is that the clients are fool and they have all the time in the world to waste. Please grow up guys. Do not destroy the reputation of Gold Gym Worldwide.

Members time wasted by Gold Gym Lucknow

Gold Gym Lucknow and its management is the best I found in this whole world when it comes to immature decision making and wasting members time, money and energy.



As readers you must have always known that Gold Gym members are from vivid backgrounds. they are no ordinary people who live close to the gym and join it for the sake of joining it. The members are from well to do families in Lucknow who take out time from their busy schedule to get their bodies recharged and attain fitness. Its considered as the best gym in lucknow for fitness.

But what many people do not know is that Gold Gym Lucknow is well versed with wasting member time, money and energy. They know nothing about Customer relation management and tend to turn blind and deaf to your complaints.

Recently, a few days back the members were shocked to see a notification on the main gate of the gym that the closing time for today is 7 PM. None of the smart management and the center manager niha cared to inform the members by calling them to intimate the same, Including me many of the members who regularly go to the gym by 7 PM were shocked to see that there was no prior notification about the closing time being rescheduled.

The gold gym members of lucknow branch were left with no other options to either quarrel with the security guards or feel disgusted and leave.

Such is the level of customer service that Gold Gym Lucknow has to offer you. I am sure that my readers will think twice before going to gold lucknow gym. The level of customer satisfaction is falling way lower to be able to sustained. Everyday I find some member or the other feeling dissatisfied and the management paying no heed to their issues.

Including me, many of the members are just locked in this jail where we paid full fee in advance at the exuberant rate to find No hot water, No oil in steam rooms, Poor management, and immature owners.
