Lodge complain: Gold Gym Lucknow

The earlier post I wrote about Gold Gym Mahanagar Lucknow was about my initial experience with the gym and I wrote about the services offer and how the members are harassed by the people running this gym franchise. As termed earlier it was a total waste of money and a bad experience for me to have got my membership transferred to this gym.

Firstly, I would like to warn my readers is that please refrain from joining Gold Gym Lucknow, Located in Mahanagar Lucknow. The service is pathetic and they do not even follow the basic rules and guidelines set by gold gym worldwide. I have been constantly begging them to provide us with the basic services that are set by the gold gym in their guidelines to franchises that operate the gym in their area.

They follow the best practice in the world to turn deaf to the complaints that you have. They will never respond to your problems and whatever you are facing is of no matter to them.

Recently, I see that they have put inside their gym print-outs in the Gym lobby and locker rooms stating that a user should put in their grievances to the Director.

Now the humorous part is that when I asked the Center Manager "Ms. Niha", Who are the Owners of the Gold Gym Lucnow? It was asked during my initial discussions about the problems I was facing with the management. I was given an stupid answer that "I do not know"

Now, Lady that makes me laugh out loud. You are the so called center manager of Gold Gym Lucknow, which is a chain of internationally recognized chain of high class gyms worldwide. Your answer is just what will make anyone laugh. Were you not interviewed for your job or you are so dumb as you pretend to be.

Anyways so again I asked the reception about the person that they Claim to be the Director of the Gym. The answer was a stupid smile again. they do not know who the person was and when could one meet him.

Certainly, the way Gold gym Lucknow is doing business and on what business ethics? This is what no one has a slight clue about. What Gold Gym Lucknow Management thinks is that the clients are fool and they have all the time in the world to waste. Please grow up guys. Do not destroy the reputation of Gold Gym Worldwide.

Members time wasted by Gold Gym Lucknow

Gold Gym Lucknow and its management is the best I found in this whole world when it comes to immature decision making and wasting members time, money and energy.



As readers you must have always known that Gold Gym members are from vivid backgrounds. they are no ordinary people who live close to the gym and join it for the sake of joining it. The members are from well to do families in Lucknow who take out time from their busy schedule to get their bodies recharged and attain fitness. Its considered as the best gym in lucknow for fitness.

But what many people do not know is that Gold Gym Lucknow is well versed with wasting member time, money and energy. They know nothing about Customer relation management and tend to turn blind and deaf to your complaints.

Recently, a few days back the members were shocked to see a notification on the main gate of the gym that the closing time for today is 7 PM. None of the smart management and the center manager niha cared to inform the members by calling them to intimate the same, Including me many of the members who regularly go to the gym by 7 PM were shocked to see that there was no prior notification about the closing time being rescheduled.

The gold gym members of lucknow branch were left with no other options to either quarrel with the security guards or feel disgusted and leave.

Such is the level of customer service that Gold Gym Lucknow has to offer you. I am sure that my readers will think twice before going to gold lucknow gym. The level of customer satisfaction is falling way lower to be able to sustained. Everyday I find some member or the other feeling dissatisfied and the management paying no heed to their issues.

Including me, many of the members are just locked in this jail where we paid full fee in advance at the exuberant rate to find No hot water, No oil in steam rooms, Poor management, and immature owners.

Gold Gym Lucknow Review and Malpractices

I am putting up a review of Gold Gym Lucknow. The blog is about the malpractices and rates offered by Gold Gym Lucknow Mahanagar. To start my review, I would like to tell you that I have been a member of Gold Gym from a long time and I have used their facilities in Gold Gym in many Cities in North India. So far my experience was good till the time I reached Lucknow. I took another membership as the old one was set for a renewal, Originally bought in Noida NCR. The membership was moved to Lucknow Gold Gym towards my agreement to start using the facilities. I have been to Gold Gym in NCR, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Lucknow. I liked all three other places till I went to Lucknow Gold Gym.

I liked the ambiance of Lucknow Gold's Gym at the first instance as it was designed and satisfied the minimum standards of Gold's Gym Worldwide. I started using their services from December 2010, on my Travel Pass issued to me by my previous Gym. In those days I was in Lucknow for a few days for company meetings, so whenever I got free time I used to go to the Gym to workout and relieve my body of all day work stress.

At first few days all my work-outs were good. The coach, Head trainer and body trainers were good in their service. I would like to mention that the Receptionists and the management was exceptionally interested in me and they were offering all kind of services from Thai Massage to have Protein shakes at their MOJO Restaurant in the same compound of Lucknow Gold Gym.

Frankly speaking, I do not like the way they propagate their services. It always seemed like that the team at the reception and customer services is completely dedicated or obsessed with selling their services. The desperation and constant nagging frustrated me to the core of my soul. I also shouted at them once but to my amazement another "Good Looking" girl was pushed in to pitch the same sales. Gosh... Mate I have been a marketeer and I know Marketing and selling strategies more than your team of Virgin Marketeers. Using the age old seduce a man to sell him shit does not work on me.

I kinda also mention the name of Ms. Niha or Neha or whatever it may be. I actually do not care about that. As the little girl somewhat "under" 5 feet in height but is like an iceberg. Seems like her strategies and plotting goes comes from far beyond the depth you could imagine. She is the so called "Center Manager". I do not understand how bad in management she could be or rather I feel that the behaviors of the whole team is because of her guidance.

I do not know why the management is so bad and what the center owner is doing about the stuff they offer to clients. Be it from the lack of Soaps to lack of Oil in steam bath. Oh, another thing to mention, guys if you are planing for a steam bath session, which is given free, please please please make it before 8:00 PM is its Strictly Ordered by the management to close the Steam room by 8. Plus additionally its a regular practice to keep the Hot water closed and you have to specially ask the Housekeeping guy to start the geyser for a warm shower, which consumes another 10 minutes. So here, either you loose your precious time or take a bath with cold water and risk your health. Which you are actually paying to maintain. Kind of Funny...

What ??? Indian Currency Symbol

I today saw this website which is a personal blog of some guy. Rather on reading on the blog and his profile I was much interested to see that the Contest results for the new symbol of indian rupee concludes and there is a winner named Udaya Kumar.

This Guy D Udaya Kumar is from IIT Powai and his design had been selected as the Symbol for the Indian Currency. Certainly IIT guys are very talented but i do not find his talent to be any appealing. This guy had made a simple design and I would call it stupid to have got selected as the Symbol for Indian Currency, the Rupee. Well there is no artistic look to it, and certainly not a one with which i am happy.

Common guys what is this ??? I expected something more symbolic and something that represents Indian Culture to its core. Afterall the Indian Currency Symbol which will be printed on all Indian Currency Bills will be our Identity in the World. I feel that its just one simple design that could have been submitted by any kid.

Certainly the Babuism in the Indian Government must have some hand in it ... Ha ha ha ... Anyways A nice effort by the guys to get India a currency symbol and cheers to all Indians for Getting a new Currency symbol for Indian Rupee.

But even after all this I will say that, I do not like the new Indian Currency Symbol and this is my final statement.

A great day and a loving Oldie

"It was a great start to a great day... I decided to take my bike and ride to office... a man behind me was honking insanely at the Signal... and just as the signal got green he passed by and sweared at me...
For the first time in life i felt disgusted, lost patience and then came "F*** off you AssH***!!!"... For the first time i have sweared at a man more than twice my age..."

What is wrong with old people? And moreover that What is wrong with me ???

I was standing at the Crossing and suddenly the phone rang. The call was from the dad of a friend of mine who was worried that his son did not come home yesterday night. Before i could understand what the phone call was about, this guy in his car behind me started to honk as if the signal was green and i am the sole reason for the traffic jam.

Yes, i know that if the signal would have been green then i would have been epicentre of the traffic jam, but still i went to the side "when the signal was still red and teh counter well over 30 seconds", this guy passed by and sweared some words at me that were, First, never accepted by me. Second, Not expected form much an aged man. I dont know what his background was but he looked like a decent old man. His action of unnecessary honking and swearing was something that i could not digest and be patient. I lost all my cool and just sweared back at him with the F word.

It all happened in fractions of seconds and later i was feeling bad and guilty that why did i just sweared back at him. Maybe this guy does not have any patience or could have been from a Very "Well Cultured" Background. I should have known that I am not from such a background. I have strict morals of never abusing elderly people and women, but why did i just do it this time.

I still have no answers to what made be swear back instantly, could be a reason that i cannot take any form of swears or bad words for me, but my retaliation should have been to someone who is of my age or level.

Whatever happened, just happened. But for the Good mood. "The idea and pleasure of riding the bike all the way to office on free road with letting behind all tensions and with no thoughts of work in my mind were whacked."

In that one hour long ride to office, my mind was completely perplexed and baffled with overburdening thoughts of the Old guy. All i was thinking of "How could i just do that?"

Still no answers to it.

What another instance came to my mind was that I work my Roomie/Elder Bro before leaving for office and gave him gyan on his behaviour with the Land lord. Actually we had a scuffle with our landlord. So, I was telling him the same thing that we are from a family that had never taught us to swear or fight with our elders. We should respect women and elders and never loose patience in any adverse situation.

But all that happened just happened and all im still thinking is why?

I still dont know that i was being Hippocratic with my roomie or i just got to realise that my morals are of no use in this world anymore. Im still confounded...
